In the heat shrink tubing industry, double-wall heat shrink tubing is often referred to simply as double-wall tubing, also known as adhesive-coated heat shrink tubing, glue-containing heat shrink tubing, or waterproof heat shrink tubing. This is due to the performance characteristics of double-wall tubing: the inner wall is coated with hot melt adhesive, which softens and flows when the outer layer is heated and shrinks, allowing it to completely wrap and bond with wire harnesses or other items. After cooling and solidifying, it exhibits excellent sealing and waterproof performance.

The contraction ratio of double-walled tubes is high, typically 3:1, 4:1, and can even reach 6:1, making them mainly suitable for some irregular products;

The double-walled tube is heat-resistant up to 125 degrees Celsius, voltage-resistant up to 600 volts, and meets the VW-1 standard for flame retardancy. It has passed UL and SGS certifications and complies with export standards. The specifications range from 1.2mm to 125mm, and the main color is black. However, any other colors can be customized according to customer requirements;
