Composite insulation heat shrink tape, also known as heat shrink coating tape, is composed of a busbar heat shrink material and a hot melt adhesive layer. Repeatedly winding and heating on bare wires to form a sealed insulation protection is an optional convenient heat shrink material for the outer protective layer of the comprehensive protection structure of overhead bare wires.

Composite insulation heat shrink tape is commonly used for insulation protection of irregular parts of power products such as medium high and low voltage substations and high and low voltage switchgear, and has the characteristics of flame retardancy and voltage resistance. The thickness of its substrate varies from 0.8mm to 2.0mm depending on the voltage intensity. The thickness of the hot melt adhesive layer is generally around 0.2mm, and there are four types of widths: 25mm, 50mm, 75mm, and 100mm. The standard colors are red, yellow, and green. Other colors and sizes can be customized according to requirements.

5. Black composite insulation heat shrink tape is used for repairing cable sheath damage, with good sealing performance and integrated bonding to form a complete repair system. It is safer and more durable than traditional materials such as PVC repair tape and heat repair tape.

6. Composite insulation treatment for any charged body with insufficient distance from the ground or between phases.
